Affordable gyms in Islamabad (near F7 ideally)

Some of the gyms I saw on previous posts are now telling me their monthly fees is 20K which is insane and I can’t pay that much. At most for a very good facility Id pay 15K a month but I’m open to options. What’s the average cost of gyms these days and what are some good reccomendation a you guys have?
