Cis friend triggered me a good bit

I was talking with an afab cis friend because I was feeling down and she knows I've started my transition a month ago (I'm a lateshit and I don't have any hopes for how I'll turn out) and she unironically told me that passing is just mentality wise (yes it is mentality but also physically I WANT to look and sound like a woman) like it isn't because I also want to rip my own skin off my body and that I wished I could look at a mirror and be happy...

She is a sweetheart but the fact that she thought that and probably thought that for a long time is sooo annoying because she probably thought its like this for everyone until I corrected her... at least she gets it now but omg was it triggering
