Introducing a baby chin to a teen chin?

Hi,

When I had my first chin 4 months ago I used to work 8 hours a day for 7 days. Whenever I came back home ( early most of the time), there was always time for playtime and interaction with my chin. Unfortunately this didn’t last long after this whole Iran war thing and now I’m forced to work 12 hours shifts at my workplace. On the good side, I can easily provide everything I need or desire, especially for my chins. On the bad side, I can barely live and be a human being. Nowadays I can’t even interact with anyone, especially my chin. She’s depressed and barely does anything anymore, so I thought maybe introducing a cage companion would make her happy. I found a baby chin who’s the same gender as the one I have currently, who looks adorable and very young. I was wondering if anyone is able to provide advice on how to introduce them properly without consequences.

Sorry If I said too much about myself. Felt like I needed to provide a justification or a reason for my horrible care of my chinchilla ( her name is Fidget).
