EWAY force reset / firmware upgrade?

Hey guys, my Eway got stuck in firmware upgrade mode with UP flashing, when i connect with the app it thinks firmware upgrade is not finished but then says my firmware is latest. I get to open menus before the alert pops up and I see that serial number is blank.

I tried KingSong softtuner but it doesn't see my scooter when scanning.
