I built the thing I always wanted to exist

You describe it. Skilled artisans make it. It shows up at your door.

Not print-on-demand. Not AI slop on a mug. A genuinely handcrafted, one-of-a-kind product built to your exact vision.

Here's how I built it:

The design flow was the hardest part to get right. User types a description or uploads a reference image → AI interprets materials, aesthetic, and intent → real-time render → refinement loop until it's exact. Getting that feedback cycle to feel instant and intuitive took the most iteration by far.

Built the front end on Lovable. Locked the design tokens before touching any UI — otherwise vibe coding drifts into generic SaaS territory fast. Every decision had a reason behind it, down to deliberately removing the free trial to protect the positioning.

The marketplace layer lets Studio and Pro subscribers list their designs and earn royalties — 30% and 40% respectively. That was a late addition but it changed the whole product from a tool into a platform.

It's called PRJX Create.
