Security Refund

I graduated from Ramjas College in 2025, while getting the admit card for last semester stamped, admin asked for bank details for security refund. I did fill up the form and submitted it to cashier, however till now neither me nor my friends have received any money back.

What should I do now? Please don't say to visit college as I live far away.
