I see dead people (Maybe interdimensional idk lol)

Ok you are gonna think I'm nuts or something but I can't keep quiet about this. I was out in a rural part of ny State when this first happened. I stayed up a couple nights in a row and went for a walk after taking a very small dose of benzos. On my way back from the walk I know joke saw a almost ghost-like figure. It's hard to explain but it was definitely human shape and I was right next to it as it followed me home. It was almost like a light very dim light shining but you could not see it from a distance. But anyways I'm walking the few minutes back and this figure looks like it's trying to punch me almost but it just keep swinging at me. Pretty weird. But there was only one figure. Fast forward a couple months I live in the city now and I do the same process stay up a couple nights and afterwards take a small dose of benzos at night but this time leaving out a whole bunch of information I see the same thing but instead of just one figure there's a lot. Almost like a city of people walking just walking by nothing out of the ordinary. I couldn't tell exactly what they were wearing it seemed like maybe some different type of clothing than what we wear in today's age but idk. Say or think what you want, but I'm posting this to see if anyone else experienced this.
