Consultant appointment, how to prepare?

For those of you who were consultant care led for your pregnancy from the start, is there anything to prepare for the first appointment? I want to get the most out of this first appointment, but I am not sure how to prepare for it. What are some good questions to ask?

I still cannot decide on what my preferred birth is. I've been strongly considering an elective c-section because I am at risk of early placental failure and I am worried they will want to induce me early instead, which I feel very nervous about. My preference would be go into spontaneous labour or elective c-section. But I'm concerned they will say it is too risky to wait for spontaneous labour and they'll recommend induction.

Would the consultant normally go through these options with me? I feel so confused and because of my anxiety, I want to be prepared.
