Artist who’s entire discography sounds like a song

I recently listened to fish in the pool / Hanayashiki and it reminded me of an artist I found but have now forgotten. All of their music had the same kinda dreamy and Studio Ghibli vibes, all instrumental. I remember a lot of their songs having piano and a wind instrument. It would be amazing if you could find them, thank you!!!!
