Husband irresponsible?

Hello all, I am not sure if I am overreacting or what but I really dont like attitude of my husband (father of 2 small boys) who after I nearly died last week from food poisoning in restaurant keep offering our children raw eggs and raw meat despite me telling him long time ago we shouldnt do that… his argument is he is french and he grew up like this my argument is there are many cases when people died from it… 😓
