Why don’t we get to level up our Spiritual Power nourisher?

I understand that in the beginning it’s low because you’re starting. But they show it go up to one every time you level up. I realized, why don’t they ever increase it? Like, we can’t get 2 per minute at level 100? It’s so much farther down the line that it would be a great QoL idea. I don’t want them to do it in the beginning, because players might feel overwhelmed with too much stamina. But towards the end levels, it takes so much SP to level someone to max without buying any passes.
