How do I go from MGM to 7-OH?

I really wanna go from MGM to 7-OH so that I can use SR seamlessly with 7-OH. I know SR can help with MGM, however, I am also aware that SR and 7-OH operate on the same receptor (1 receptor) while MGM operates 2 two in which 7-OH does not touch the second one.

So how do I change my focus onto 7 from MGM?
