Does this sound like visual snow to yall?

In bright spaces, if I focus at any point, around the point there's flickering gray circular shadows that rapidly swoop onwards towards the point I focus on. And mostly only there. There is also flickers of white dots around.

I also have constant floaters, and flashers occasionally (once a month or two, if I'm stressed out especially).

It's been atleast three years of this and to date, nothing outwardly wrong with my retina.

They always tell me to just 'not follow the floaters around with your eyes' and it drives me up a wall because I most definitely am not. The floaters follow my eyes around.
