first time being bullied on comp, still silver 2 learning lucio and wuyang can anyone give me advice especially on Lucio?

Though I notice alot of players making lucio into a aggressive play I really don't like that version of him. If ever thats the right playstyle then ill try to adjust to such cause i still have syndrome of focus on healing my teammates and speed on engage. Can I also get advice on when I should pop Amp heals and Amp Speeds? Kinda confused on the timings from other guides, + with alot of them mentioning that amp is one of the most crucial things lucio has
