Difficulty finding teammates

One thing I have noticed in this community is how hard it is to find teammates. When you do, the moment you lose a game (including your first match with them, they immediately quit and go find other people to play with. I want to find people to run the game with but everyone is so quick to quit after one loss. I've put out a few LFG posts but it's met with downvotes and no replies. Is the game so cooked to the point where only stacks are left? If anyone wants to squad up, please hmu
