Help ! I’ve been denied entry to oversea due to ptptn

Ok it’s entirely my bad I’ve forgotten to pay my ptptn since 8 years ago , owing about rm20k. I just got denied entrance to oversea. I just want to know if anyone had similar experience , like if I can negotiate a partial payment and restart the scheduled payment again to lift the travel restriction. I’m totally up for properly paying it , just need to know the amount I need to cough up for now
