How can i do fry screams

i got false chord stuff down, but when i try fry screams (i have no idea what im supposed to do i just try mimicking thinks and youtube tutorials are complicated) i either automatically go into false chord, its only air and i lost the rasp after 5 seconds, i accidentally start inhaling, or i sound like a tea kettle, or a old car starting.
