Taskmaster copy questions

Is it possible to copy [[Taskmaster, Mercenary Mimic]] with cards like [[spark double]]? Or will it always be legendary ruled since taskmaster has the effect of applying legendary status and keeping his name.

What happens if [[Irma, Part-Time Mutant]] copies taskmaster with her ability? Does she keep her name and avoid being legendary ruled?
