Tank/Healer building 1% team

Aiming for 3900, and then we’ll see how far we can go, but at least a buffer above the 1% cutoff.

We have a tank/healer combo that are resil 19, looking for 3 of the following: windwalker, feral, hunter, rogue, ret pally. Obviously wouldn’t rule out DK, DH, Aug.
