I am recommending this college to my cousin

My cousin got 91% in his polytechnic diploma for CS. This college is well-known, so I'm suggesting he apply here for software branches like CS, IT, AI, and other CS-related fields. But the intake has been huge, and I'm feeling iffy now.

Should I still suggest this college, and can he get in with that percentage, or what other colleges can he get into with that percentage for SW branches?
