How do I go about this?

For the longest time, I’ve been fascinated with Studio Ghibli; everything from the political messaging to really just the beautiful art in general. I love it. Because of this, I’ve been compelled, and I mean REALLY compelled to direct my own animated film. It’s practically my dream! There’s a problem though. I’m a minor. I can sort of draw, but I can’t animate at all, and I have no idea where I’ll get music. I don’t really have any friends who could help me either, and even if I did, I would have no way to pay them. I just have this big story in my head and no way to turn it into a film. Please help!
