PwC Salary Negotiation

Hi guys, I need suggestions

I had my HR discussion today for software asset associate role, My current CTC and basic pay is very low at the moment(average indian fresher pay).

Hr is only ready to give 25-30% hike on current basic salary.

Need suggestion what to do next step for negotiating on higher max hike?

Note: My exp: around 2.5 years & don’t hold any other offers at the moment.

Discussion ended on with i told hr that i will let you soon for accepting in this hike percentage.
