Soon First Time Car Owner - No Idea What to Get

Hi everyone! I'm planning to buy my first car hopefully by the end of this year (2026) and I really have no idea what to get (although I have my preferences).

• To start, Im a 30 year old young profressional who has never owned a car and comes from a family who are never owned a car as well.
• My main reason for getting a car is to drive myself from my house to the officer and vice versa. One way trip is around 10km.
• Other than that, I'll be using it mostly for city driving and occational drive to Tagaytay or Pampanga (I live in Cavite)

In terms of preference,

• Maximum budget of Php 1,550,00
• Prefers crossovers, not into sedans
• Can't fully decide if I will go with a traditional gasoline car or HEV, not into full EV
• Specific car preference would be 2025 HRV V; Sealion 6 DM-1; Territory Trend Hybrid

Please help me, I really have no one to ask about this things and I don't want to make a mistake on my very first car.
