dumb vent-feeling like one of those low health sims

Just had my wisdom teeth removed so i cant eat much and am pretty hungry. One of my gums has started randomly hurting and i keep making it worse by pestering it with my tongue. The medication for my teeth has made me nauseas and my mom screamed at me a couple of hours ago because i want to visit my friend with my money so im sad too. I am so incredibly uncomfortable I can only imagine this is how my sims feel when i neglect them. I wonder if i am a sim...
