What changes when you walk into a multi-stakeholder deal with the full committee mapped before call one

Use Case

The old version of multi-stakeholder prep: you get the org chart from your champion, make educated guesses about who's skeptical, and hope your champion has enough pull to push it through.

The version we use now: before the first call, I run the buying committee through Humantic AI. I can see which stakeholders are likely to be strong advocates (Crusaders), which ones are positive but low influence (Friendlies), which ones have real influence and aren't bought in yet (Skeptics), and which ones are safe to deprioritize (Neutrals).

What that changes in practice: I don't spend the first two meetings finding out there's a Skeptic with real influence who no one mentioned. I already know that person exists and I can factor them into the strategy from the start.

The Skeptic doesn't go away. But knowing they're there before the first call means I can find out what they actually care about and address it directly instead of finding out about the blocker at the final review.

The deal shape doesn't change. How early you see it does.
