Planning to start freelancing. I would like to have y'all's help

I am currently 19, just finished my first year. My parents are in big financial trouble and I might end up dropping out and join another college (best case scenario is probably gonna be SRM which isn't that good too). My life is in such uncertainty now. I am more interested in AI and Data Science related jobs. So, how should I start out. I currently know python (numpy, pandas, matplotlib), C (basics), react, FastAPI. I know that this is nowhere near enough for any jobs. What more should I learn and is it realistically possible to make 30-50k a month within an year of learning? I am very much desperate for money too since I would like to save money from my side if things go bad when I am in my new college and wanted to pay for my fees.
