Need help, joint angle limit issue

Hi, I'm having an issue where every time I reopen my drawings, Joint Angle Limit has turned itself back on for all my 3d models.

I'm using PRO 1.x so I was wondering, is this some kind of bug that would be fixed if I bought the upgrade to a newer version or is there a setting I can change?
