Post Masters situation for graduate from Jena Microbiology and Biochemistry

Hi, I just got admitted to FSU Jena in MSc Microbiology and Biochemistry. The offers and department seems great so far from what I have heard, but I wanted to know regarding post Masters jobs situation or even internship scenerio in a city like Jena or even nearby in this field. I am aware of certain areas getting oversaturated tho but wanted to know regarding the Biotech industry too. People usually prefer for a PhD, for me I am still figuring out while also trying to understand the scenerio for industry related jobs in this field. So anyone who is a pass out or so kindly help!
