Convince me to read the whole Dark Tower series

I'm halfway into Black House (awesome btw) and the Dark Tower references keep showing up more and more as the story goes, but I wanted to read Black House immediatly after Talisman, knowing this would happen. I have other good books in the waiting line like the Stand and 11/22/63 so I wonder if I should read them first or follow with the Dark Tower. Did you enjoy the whole series ? Is it worth it ?
