Going back to Thailand after 10 years!

So the last time I was there I was 16. Planing a SEA trip soon. Recently and just want to go to place where it’s just cheap to party and drink and meet girls.

I will be in the following countries in SEA: Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.

Flying in from Canada to Japan and spending some time there and then to SEA. Primarily goal to have as much fun as possible (nightlife) while to breaking the bank. Would love some advice as I’m sure a lot has changed there in 10 years. Also first time going to Cambodia and Vietnam for me. Should I be going to Philippines?
