Low folate and just found out I’m pregnant, anyone been through this??

I just found out I am pregnant this morning and haven’t been taking folic acid, I am 4 weeks according to my calculations and I’m worried about the impact of already having low folate levels.

Has anyone else been through the same and all has been fine???
