Re-activated my Realms and can't play it now.

Just like the title says. I know this is a common problem and I dealt with it once over a year ago but I was able to log into the realm about a day later.

This time it's been over 24 hours and I CANNOT play the realm. It asks me to reactivate but I have already done so and was literally charged. Does anyone have a fix or contact for help at Mojang/Microsoft?
