Constantly getting post for the same wrong address.

Honestly not sure what to do now so hoping someone else can help. We are always getting post for another house that’s the same house number as us, but a different street name and postcode.

This has been happening for the best part of a year.

I have already done the following things
. Called the delivery office to complain at least 6 or 7 times. This is very time consuming as I’m on hold for over an hour normally
. Put all the post back in the postbox with “delivered to wrong address”
. Waited for post to be delivered and then try to chase the postman with the wrong letters (I’m usually ignored and this is difficult with 2 kids and a dog).

No clue what to do now.
