How to explain why masturbation is wrong?

I hear that masturbation is good for your health: reduces stress, reduces sexual tension, relieve menstrual cramps and muscle tension, helps you sleep better, boosts your mood, etc.

But i also hear that masturbation leads us to temptation: lust in the heart, immoral thoughts, pornography, self-gratification of the flesh.

So how do you explain to someone this despite its benefits because I was told that masturbation is not wrong if youre not watchinv porn and has health benefits but as a christian I know it still wrong because it leads us into sining against the holy spirit that dwells in us when we are doing the act.
