We’re currently cruising at **Flight Level 250**, approximately **25,000 feet**, over the spectacular mountain ranges of **Mongolia**. Looking out either side of the aircraft you’ll see some of the most remote and rugged landscapes in Asia, with endless valleys and snow-dusted peaks stretching to the horizon. 🌄
Our present speed is approximately **583 knots**, and conditions along our route remain smooth with only light winds expected for the next portion of the flight.
From here we’ll continue southeast, crossing into **Inner Mongolia and northern China**, before tracking across the **Sea of Japan** and beginning our descent into the **Tokyo metropolitan area** later this afternoon. A typical Ulaanbaatar–Tokyo flight takes just under five hours.
Weather in **Tokyo** is expected to be favorable for our arrival, and we’re anticipating an on-time landing.
On behalf of the entire flight crew, thank you for flying with us today. Sit back, relax, enjoy the incredible scenery below, and we’ll update you again as we begin our descent into Japan.
**Cabin crew, thank you.”**
