Is there any neurologist? I have some serious issue

Yes I will go to the hospital for a proper checkup,i just need some help to narrow down the causes .I cannot go to the hospital at this moment,but I will go soon and I won't do anything without having a proper diagnosis,but I just want to know the possibilities.
