Should I just brute force my way throught socialising and try to get better?

I'm an autistic person and im an extrovert so I'm always out there talking to people. The problem is I never seem to get better no matter how much I do it. I'm always still struggling with talking to people and misinterpreting cues. I still struggle making friends but I can do small talk just fine. I don't improve no matter how much I do it but I can't help myself. I need to meet my social needs. But the more I keep doing this, the more reduction and mockery I face. The more people look down on me because I don't know how to socialize and say the wrong things all the time. How do I move past this?
