DSIM not showing progress / DXDIAG errors?

heyooo. Im VERY new to pc/windows alike. I recently bought a game i wanted to play but it crashed every startup, i quickly went to the forums for help and apparently there might be something wrong on my end. So i did more digging and learned about DXDIAG. This only send me further down the rabbit hole as it showed alot of pop ups of things or problems.

Now im running the 'DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth' and pressened enter. theres no progress and only says 'Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool

Version: 10.0.26100.8737, Image Version: 10.0.26200.8737'.

Im unsure if i did something wrong or worse???
