Pain near lower right side of rib cage

Last year I had extensive pulmonary embolisms in both lungs with a DVT that eventually needed a thrombectomy but came back within a week. For those embolisms I only had pain in my upper left back near my shoulder and it hurt to breathe. I do Lovenox shots twice a day and have been fine ever since. But I am having this weird pain near the bottom of my rib cage on my right side- it feels very sore and hurts when I move, and I am wondering if anyone has anything like that as a symptom? I am breathing just fine and I'm hoping I just strained a muscle, but wanted to see if anyone has experienced this.
