GUYS HOPE IS REAL TY RITO + SUP Neeko Tips?

After years of playing our chameleon, I got my first ever skin on her. I would like to thank my teammates for not FF-ing, my wifi for not crashing out and giving me 350 ping, and to rito for giving me this skin (can i have beeko next pls and ty). Ty to this subreddit that suggested picking up neeko to me as well, i think im in love (and in tears).

With my skin to flex, I think I'm gonna start playing her sup. I usually go for mid Neeko, but I've been seeing a lot of sup Neekos recently. Seems to be chaotic enough for me to go with, what are the usual builds and runes to go for? In your opinion, any champs to pick her against/specifically into?
