[Spoilers C4E31] My Thoughts on Vaelus So Far.

I think for me Ashley's best character she has played In all these campaigns so far that I enjoyed the most from her was Ferne in C3, I know there's alot of people that aren't the biggest fan of that campaign but I had fun with it for the most part while still also seeing its flaws which it did have quite a few of as a whole.

I really wish I felt that same way with her as Vaelus but these past few Covergence episodes just have not really done much for me when its come to her character, like even in this previous episode when Hannan got killed, there was literally like nothing from her at all and I was even watching Ashley specifically during when Occtis had revealed to everyone that he had gotten killed by his father. Now I know that people had said that Ashley had mentioned in the cooldown after the episode on Beacon that she was really upset about his death and thats cool and all.......but like could we have seen that from Vaelus at least just a little bit in the episode when it happened lol. It came off so bizarre too me especially after both Hannan and Vaelus's last conversation with each other and even that last conversation felt really off to me as well.

I know there was a lot going on during that moment between all the PC's but like come on, even Kattigan the most silent and too themselves character in the group had such an amazing way of treating Teors death which I loved so so much and I feel like Kattigan is a really underrated character so far in this campaign that I wish I felt that with Vaelus, especially with how strong her introduction to the campaign was and even some moment's with her in the seekers group as well. Just feel like the turning of her religion in the past few episodes have felt real rushed to me for some reason.

I guess we will just have to see if she does more in Act 2 and if not than honestly I won't be that upset if Ashley decides to let her go off on her own path like she had mentioned in this previous episode to than let Ashley play as whoever her new backup character is, if she has one that is because right now, Vaelus just doesnt seen to have much connection in my eyes too the rest of this PC group 31 episodes into this campaign so far to stay with them, maybe aside from Thaisha and Occtis, but I think thats about it.

I love Ashley but this is just how im currently feeling right now with how she has recently been playing Vaelus. What are all of yall's thoughts so far on Vaelus, would love to hear below in the comments.
