Interviewing for a better position

I’m currently a Direct Support Assistant and I have previous experience with direct care. I was looking to be a DDCTA, Developmental Aid 1.

The issue is, there just isn’t any information to support what this position is for. Is there any beneficial advice on what the questions may be or what I need to prepare for before an interview with this position.

I just got an email a while ago that you can apply. I feel that I’m qualified but I’m unsure of what they do as I never attended the in person meeting they had. I know what to expect and what’s required. I’m just unsure of what the interview is like and what’s required they are looking for. I want to stand out.
