Question: IPTV setup

Has anyone been able to setup IPTV on jellyfin/plex or similar service?

Want to setup an IPTV option without the locked apps current IPTV providers have like Jio/Airtel etc.

And if paid, what are the approx costs?

The guides related to these online are too scarce and vague
