Need suggestions for a performance friendly MCO-based list

Hey there all! I used to mod skyrim manually a fair bit back in the day, but don't have as much time these days to craft a list myself (aka trial and error a hodge-podge mess until it finally runs without crashing). So I am looking for a mod list to try out, and MCO like a really fun way to play the game with a new feel. However most of the mod lists I have found that utilize MCO seem to require 1000GB and need a bleeding edge PC. I run a venerable but still serviceable 1080ti, 16 GB ram build. Any tips on mod lists that I can actually run that use MCO, or can have MCO added to them without crashing?
