With Second circuit becoming an NGO now...

Second Circuit started as a Discord community in late '25 and has grown immensely, at the same time the censorship and patronizing behaviour of the AI corpos has become worse and worse.

We found this situation unbearable - so we decided to start an NGO: "Second Circuit, association for digital freedom of thought" which is currently in its legal founding process.

Perhaps the most important argument for our position is the "forum internum" - freedom of thought being the only absolutely inviolable human right and AI acting as an extension thereof.
