I saw in the back cover of Ultraman Mebius from Mill Creek Entertainment the following line:

1. If I get my friend from the US to purchase this and ship it to me in Malaysia would the First Sale Doctrine cover me from violating or breaching the restriction?

2. The seller list it for 1999 USD. Do you think they will get desperate to clear the stock and eventually lower down the price with time?

Territorial or regional licensing restriction question
