What is the process to set up AT&T at the Arches apartments?

Hey all! My wife and I moved into the arches apartments today and we are unsure how to set up AT&T Internet. So far, I have the Internet equipment but I'm not sure where to plug it in. Residents of the Arches apartments or others who may know - any guidance?
