Sharp Pain

I am 37 and a half weeks along. Yesterday i had a sharp pain below my belly button/in my pelvic region for a solid 10 minutes or more. It hurt so badly. I wasn’t sure if it was contractions, but it didn’t come back.

Now I feel like I’m having these mind games where I feel baby less. I’m getting the appropriate amount of kick counts, but I feel freaked out bc I don’t know what the pain was.

Was that probably just baby moving lower? No matter what I did, the pain wouldn’t subside. I don’t have the pain now.

At my appointment yesterday morning, my nurse said, “wow, she feels really low”, but then the doctor came in and said, “she’s still so high”.

I feel so conflicted. Has this happened to anyone else?
