Referee report within 2 business days

Hi people, I received an email referee report was sent to my nominated referee on Friday at 4:42pm and just received a reminder today to let Referee know because they havent received anything yet.. but email says it needs to be sent within 2 business days? Meaning that it shouldnt include weekends right.. ? do you think the reminder email is just a automated email?
