feeling all the bad parts of pregnancy and none of the good.

Help?

hello, I’m a FTM (22y/o F) engaged (24 y/o M) and we have two fur babies (one adult cat and one 3 month old dachshund puppy). Throughout my pregnancy i have had hyperemesis gravidarum, i lost 20 pounds in my first trimester and got my zofran pump at some time during the beginning-middle of my second trimester. i just discharged myself from the pump at 33 weeks. I am currently 36 weeks today and spent the last 3 days in the hospital with a kidney infection so bad that the back pain it caused made it hard to catch my breath or even take deep breaths in general. everyone is telling me i should be patient and the baby is going to come when she is ready but i selfishly want this pain and suffering to be over. people say pregnancy is supposed to be the highlight of a woman’s existence, although mine has brought me nothing but pain and anguish, i.e: hyperemesis, handicapping back pain, kidney infection, SEVERE prenatal depression, insomnia, debilitating heartburn and indigestion, painfully swollen hands and feet, hair loss and the list goes on. i guess i’m just looking for some validation in wanting this baby out as soon as possible. My fiance has been super supportive but truth be told i have always had a wall up to protect him from knowing how bad my mental and physical pain truly is, we have both decided that this will be my first and last pregnancy due to all of the complications throughout. i have a pretty decent support system but i’m worried that alone won’t be enough to get me through postpartum mental issues, my mother had pp psychosis with me and thankfully got help before it was too late, and i have a history of mental illness including but not limited to the prenatal depression i previously mentioned, so i know that i will most likely experience some form of pp mental illness, i’m just not sure how severe it will be, thankfully i have a wonderful midwife who will help me through whatever struggles i have. does anyone have any advice for me or my fiance that could make the remaining couple of weeks of this pregnancy not so miserable? any advice helps, my feelings will not get hurt❤️
